Cancellation and Refunds
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, then www.RichardCommandaria.com reserves the right not accept the cancellation due to the perishable nature of the products being sold on the website. If you have any problem regarding your order and/or wish to cancel, please contact us immediately in writing by sending an email at [email protected]. If the cancellation has been accepted by www.RichardCommandaria.com then the order will be cancelled and refunded.
You hereby acknowledge and accept that www.RichardCommandaria.com will not accept to cancel and/or provide refund inter alia, in the following occasions:
- If the product was made to your specification, clearly personalized, custom-made or commissioned in any way;
- The product has been used and/or unsealed after delivery and/or is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons;
- The product has been damaged and/or expired and/or due to expire and/or mixed with other liquids and/or substances;
Returns
www.RichardCommandaria.com reserves the right not to accept the return of a product due to its perishable nature unless the product delivered is damaged and/or faulty and/or the product delivered concerns an incorrect item. In such an eventuality, www.RichardCommandaria.com will exchange the damaged and/or faulty and/or incorrect product without charging the customer or alternatively will provide a refund once the product has been returned. Postage or other return costs will be reimbursed by www.RichardCommandaria.com only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied product. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer. www.RichardCommandaria.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, in this regard the customer will need to contact the customs office of its place of residence for further information.
Until any purchased product is returned to www.RichardCommandaria.com, the customer is responsible for safe keeping and for taking reasonable care of the product.
