In such an eventuality, www.RichardCommandaria.com will exchange the damaged and/or faulty and/or incorrect product without charging the customer or alternatively will provide a refund once the product has been returned. Postage or other return costs will be reimbursed by www.RichardCommandaria.com only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied product.
